At Java Road Café, we believe coffee is more than just a drink — it’s an experience, a daily ritual, and a way to bring people together. Our journey started in 2015 as a humble coffee truck in Texas, serving up quality coffee on the go. After two years of life on the road, we brought our passion for coffee and community to Fayetteville, Tennessee, where we established our storefront.

Nearly a decade later, we’re proud to have become a local favorite — and to have been voted Best Coffee in Fayetteville for almost 10 years running.

Our Coffee

We take coffee seriously, which is why we proudly brew Kats Coffee, a specialty roaster based in Houston, Texas. Kats Coffee is known for their dedication to sourcing high-quality beans from around the world and roasting them to bring out the best in every origin. Their focus on ethical sourcing, small-batch roasting, and balanced flavor profiles means that every cup we serve is rich, smooth, and full of character.

From bold, rich espressos to smooth cold brews, we want each drink to showcase the craftsmanship of Kats Coffee and our baristas here at Java Road Cafe. Alongside our coffee, we also feature seasonal specialty lattes and creative, house-crafted drinks that change with the seasons.
